Best Dish Judging Criteria

The NCDA blog describes the cooking with NC food competition and outlines the judging criteria:

* Use of NC products and ingredients in the dish(es) being featured (15%)
* Creativity of ingredients (15%)
* Marketing (20%)
* Plating and Presentation (20%)
* Taste (30%)

There are 19 resturants divided between two categories: fine dining and casual. 18 Seaboard is the only Raleigh competitor.
