The Weathervane Restaurant at Southern Season in Chapel Hill will offer a wine and cheese night with Allison Hooper at 7:30 on Friday, Feb. 19. Hooper is co founder of Vermont Butter and Cheese Creamery, past president of the American Cheese Society and author of the newly release In a Cheesemakers Kitchen.
