Bocci Trattoria & Pizzeria has opened a new location in Cary at the Lochmere Pavilion Shopping Center on Kildaire Farm Road.
They have taken over the former Blue Note & Oishee space which overlooks the Lochmere Golf Club.
Bocci’s owner, Bob Jewett, has redesigned the space to reflect an Old World ambiance reminiscent of the many trattorias throughout Tuscany.
The restaurant can seat up to 155 people is divided into three distinct areas:
- the bar, which features a stunning large curved bar with a beautiful glass mosaic tile backdrop with a “Pizza Bar” and a grand piano for live music on the weekends;
- the main dining area, which is set off by a mural of a Tuscan vineyard, cozy booths and a “special occasion” table which is partitioned off with a tile roof; and
- “The Vintage Room” that is available for private parties and can seat up to 50 guests comfortably.
To celebrate the opening, Bocci has unveiled an updated menu. Head Chef Michele Rizzo will feature classic Italian fare along with new favorites such as Pork Osso Buco, Tilapia Zafferano & Chicken Saltimbocca.
Bocci also offers a variety of pizza styles including New York style, Chicago Deep Dish & their very own Nonna’s Pizza.
