TED provides a library of thought on eating

The folks promoting the food documentary movie Fresh mentioned Mark Bittman’s TED speech in a recent blog posting. After watching Bittman’s talk from 2007, I searched the TED website to provide you a list of some of their best food related discussions.

As Dean Ornish points out in his short, rapid fire talk what we eat impacts our health. Each of the speakers make powerful points about our food system.

  1. Thank you so much for posting these great resources. I especially appreciate the link to Cary Fowler’s talk. He used to be at the Rural Advancement Fund International (RAFI) in Pittsboro and I haven’t seen him since he left for Norway many years ago. He’s a true hero.
