On Thanksgiving Day, the Raleigh Rescue Mission expects to deliver approximately 750 meals to persons in need. The Gobbles to Go program provides holiday meals to the housebound, elderly, infirm and low-income families. The mission has received more meal orders this year than ever before and need of a few holiday food items to prepare all the meals. The mission has been blessed with enough volunteers and turkeys but still needs chicken broth, turkey gravy, butter, instant mashed potatoes and dinner rolls. Donations should be delivered to the Raleigh Rescue Mission.
