Candy bar teams with Interfaith Food Shuttle in fundraiser

Mars Snackfood US’s SNICKERS® Brand teamed up with Feeding America and Inter-Faith Food Shuttle to ‘Bar Hunger’ – a campaign to help the one in eight Americans struggling with hunger.

The ‘Bar Hunger’ campaign successfully met its goal of raising $25,000, some of which will reach the Greater Triangle through Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, by encouraging donations through Facebook and texting.

Although the campaign is over, SNICKERS will continue to educate and inspire Americans to help through special branding, education verbiage on its SNICKERS packaging, dedicated national advertising, , as well as series of events for the remainder of the year.

Inter-Faith Food Shuttle is proud to stand by SNICKERS in continued efforts to ‘Bar Hunger’ in the community, and extends thanks to everyone who supported the campaign that will help provide meals to people in the Triangle.
