The cool weather outside says Fall to us and Fall means it is time for hearty food and great beer. Zely and Ritz will have the first Beer Dinner of the season next Wednesday, October 21st at 7 p.m. and feature beers from Raleigh’s own Big Boss Brewery. You willl have the pleasure of being entertained and educated about all things on the local beer scene by Big Boss Brewmaster Brad Wynn. Chef Sarig’s menu is below.
