The NC State Fair Food Competitions are underway. The results are in from the Casserole Recipe Contest sponsored by the House-Autry Mills on Friday, Oct. 16.
Here are the results:
1st Place – Southern Ham and Bean Casserole by Donna Barefoot of Benson ($250)
2nd Place – Creamy Italian Chicken Casserole by Amanda Boury of Youngsville ($100)
3rd Place – Eggplant Tomato Pasta Casserole by Janice Wolfe of Fuquay-Varina ($50)
