Zely and Ritz offers special wine dinners

Zely and Ritz has two wine dinners coming up. One is a staff favorites; the other features a special guest.

The staff has long wanted to do a Staff Favorites Dinner where each staff member picks their own favorite dish and pairs it with their favorite wine.  Chef Sarig has taken all of these favorites and turned them into an incredible menu for a wonderful wine dinner evening Sept. 9.

What better way to spend an evening than with our fantastic staff serving your their favorite dishes paired with their favorite wines?

Nancy’s Course:
Tuna Carpaccio with Arugula, Jicama & Passion Fruit Sauce

Jay’s Course:
Roasted Beef Osso Buco with Blackberry & Cocoa Risotto

Sarig’s Course:
Pinenut Tart with Honeycomb Ice Cream
Wine: Bouchaine Bouche D’Or Late Harvest Chardonnay, Napa Valley/Carneros, CA’07

Spencer Graham, Zely and Ritz’s favorite wine maker in the whole world will take part in a special wine dinner Sept. 14 featuring the incredible wines of Elizabeth Spencer and Graham will be the speaker for the evening (Elizabeth is married to Spencer, hence the name).  Spencer is from Virginia originally and will talk about moving to California to make some of the most sought after wines on the market.
